We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Call Center team as a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and being part of a supportive team environment, we would love to meet you. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, helping them schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure they receive the outstanding experience that Bill Pearce Motors is known for.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the auto industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and other computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and answering questions regarding their vehicle's maintenance needs
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
  • Build positive relationships with customers and help create an exceptional service experience
  • Work closely with service advisors and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
  • Help promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding communication and follow-up
