Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Flexible 4hr or 8hr Shifts + Tips (Game Presenter)
About The Position
Evolution is hiring Game Presenters (Customer Service Representatives) to work in a modern studio environment. No casino floor, no prior experience required — we provide paid training. This role involves hosting and presenting games on camera in a studio environment, interacting with online players via live stream, and following simple game procedures. The company offers flexible 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, making it suitable for students, second jobs, or those seeking consistent part-time work. The pay includes a base rate and guaranteed tip rate, with unlimited customer tips.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role.
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
- Professional, mature and with a natural ability to follow work rules
- Service-minded with good communications skills.
- Responsible and dedicated - towards your work and your colleagues
- Able to provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our live players
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables.
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
- Ability to work a full time schedule
- Game Show Hosts: the ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
