Responsibilities
- Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean workspace, as it is the first point of contact for customers.
- Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
- Handle receivables, payables, data entry into the accounting system and various spreadsheets, and balance month-end statements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
