Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding prescriptions, insurance, and company services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
Process prescription refill requests and update patient information in our system.
Educate customers on the use of our online platform and resources.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
