Requirements

Valid driver's license
1-2 years of dispatching and/or customer service experience
Intermediate computer skills
Strong organization and time management
Excellent customer service abilities
Attention to detail
Positive attitude
Reliable follow-through
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong multitasking skills
Schedule adaptability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective problem-solving and resolution skills
Candidates must successfully pass a background check
Pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

Answering customer calls for HVAC or plumbing service
Scheduling repair, maintenance, and estimate appointments
Coordinating technician schedules to maximize efficiency
Communicating appointment updates
Arranging return visits when parts become available
Answering billing and invoice questions
Helping customers understand what comes next in their service experience
Working closely with technicians, plumbers, the Operations Manager, and office staff
Monitoring dispatch activities
Adjusting schedules as needed
Ensuring every customer receives friendly, professional support
