Requirements

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English proficient in both verbal and written
  • Ability to work an eight hour shift (hours 5:00 am to 5:00 pm) and occasional holidays to support the business
  • Six months or more experience with customer service / support experience
  • Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • High comfort level and experience with consumer software applications
  • Comfortable working in a call center environment seated for long periods of time
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Nice To Haves

  • Agriculture operations experience, including precision farming experience
  • Work experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels
  • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support/information/solutions to John Deere dealers and customers on ISG product related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support bilingual English-Spanish language needs for the service center business operations
  • Provide support via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat)
  • Effectively document each interaction within the Case & Contact Management System
  • Create and maintain support tools/solutions available online
