About The Position

ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning has been in business for over 25 years. We are an experienced and successful Disaster Restoration company that provides first-class service to businesses and homeowners throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island after a fire, water, or mold disaster. We are a fast-paced office seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional. This role is the go-to person for everything having to do with the administration of our jobs. Must possess excellent telephone and customer service etiquette, flexibility, and attention to detail and accuracy. A candidate should have a problem-solving mentality with a pleasant disposition. Reliability is a must.

Requirements

  • Phone-based customer service experience - call center experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize job tasks based on the company's daily schedule and needs

Responsibilities

  • Enter in new jobs into ServiceMaster CRM, captures relevant customer and job information
  • Reviewing information in job files and capturing additional information as needed
  • Answers telephone calls, greets visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries
  • Communicating with key people on jobs including project managers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and customers
  • Utilizing multiple databases to ensure job information is accurate
  • Additional projects on an as-needed basis
