CSR Customer Service Representative at HVAC & Plumbing company
About The Position
Patriot Heating and A/C is a well-established residential HVAC and plumbing provider based in Shawnee, KS. We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help lead our next stage of growth. Strong attention to detail, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills are a must. Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus! Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote services and maintenance opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, and coordinate daily schedules
- Accurately enter and update customer information in ServiceTitan
- Process service requests, invoices, and customer follow-ups in ServiceTitan
- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management
