Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders within designated systems. Provide customer service to daily activities related to warehousing operations. This role requires the ability to coordinate, problem solve, and communicate workflow with customers, fellow employees, and outside carriers. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, WMS, document scanning, copying, and basic office skills are necessary. Proficient and accurate data entry skills are essential. The position involves interfacing directly with the customer, maintaining a professional and courteous relationship, and ensuring customer requests are responded to within an hour. Immediate escalation to management is required for customer complaints or inabilities to meet customer requests or reported errors.
