About The Position

Print Dirt Cheap is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lenoir, North Carolina. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting our production team. Responsibilities

Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Answer customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
Prepare estimates and enter customer orders accurately.
Process customer artwork and job specifications for production.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Communicate with customers regarding proofs, timelines, and completed orders.
Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
Assist with filing, data entry, and general office support.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
