Purpose of Position Serve as a direct point of contact between the company and customers. Build strong connections with both new and existing customers by supporting their needs through various communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a direct point of contact between the company and customers.
  • Build strong connections with both new and existing customers by supporting their needs through various communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers over the phone, through live chat, or via email.
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance, answer questions, and solve problems.
  • Help customers find the products that best fit their needs.
  • Install strings according to racquet specifications.
  • Identify possible damage or defects to racquets and/or strings and make an assessment of the necessary corrective actions.
  • Repair and/or replace accessories as needed.
