Rainstorm Car Wash Customer Service Representative
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at the pay stations to assist every customer that comes through the wash, fielding customer inquiries, and guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for maintaining the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. The position requires reporting to work on time and adhering to the dress and appearance code. Duties are broken down as follows: 70% Customer Interaction, 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining), 5% Opening/Closing Procedures, and 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties.

- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a moderate to loud noise environment, with hearing protection required.
- Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
- Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
