About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team! This position offers immediate hire, with short or long shifts available based on your choice. Flexible scheduling is provided, with both part-time and full-time hours available, allowing you to work the shifts that best fit your life. This role is with an independent franchisee, not Domino's Corporate.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to use a calculator.

Responsibilities

  • Take and process orders via verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze and compile data.
  • Make good judgments and decisions.
  • Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
  • Stock ingredients and supplies.
  • Change prices on signs.
  • Perform maintenance tasks.
  • Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Talk and hear on the telephone.
  • Drive (requires far and night vision).
