The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordination of all activities necessary to provide sales, service and distribution support to our customers. The CSR is the direct interface with customers and responsible for addressing customer needs and coordinating problem solving in concert with Sales and cross-functional partners. The CSR works in partnership with the field sales representatives, manages all aspects of the order to cash process and forms working relationships within supply chain, the business and manufacturing.
