In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact, providing timely and accurate support while building positive customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service and data entry environment.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience handling customer phone interactions in a corporate setting.
  • Intermediate math skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Previous customer service call center or phone support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned work efficiently using Salesforce.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve service-related issues.
  • Research customer accounts and identify account-specific needs.
  • Process account updates, corrections, and invoice adjustments accurately.
  • Support the sales team by responding to questions and fulfilling requests.
  • Maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
