About The Position

Our client, a leading residential and commercial moving company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Centennial, CO. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, following up on leads, assisting customers with inquiries and scheduling, providing front desk coverage, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks. The representative will need to navigate multiple systems and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, front desk, call center, or order entry experience
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales, retail, or moving industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding moving services and scheduled estimates
• Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling needs
• Provide front desk coverage as needed
• Support billing and other departments with administrative tasks and special projects
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate customer records
