This role focuses on building strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries related to work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory. The representative will accurately process customer orders, generate necessary documentation, and ensure correct invoicing. This position acts as a liaison between the warehouse and customers for account administration, and between the office and customers for invoicing and collection matters. Responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date procedures manual, reporting customer feedback, operating office equipment, preparing reports, and maintaining organized customer files. Additional duties may include training new hires, assisting with accounts receivable collections, sending customer appreciation letters, supporting process improvement, managing kitting work orders, conducting research, processing cancellations, and preparing LTL shipments.
