The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company and serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. The CSR is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, gathering customer information, scheduling service appointments, dispatching calls and addressing customer questions and concerns. When issues arise, the CSR works proactively to resolve them in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is not a remote position and requires the employee to be in the office located in Englewood, CO.
