About The Position
Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Basic Computer Skill knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Exhibit strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Automotive knowledge preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred
- Customer Service/Call center experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email
- Set up returns and exchanges
- Cancellations and order modifications
- Ensure order accuracy
- Verify part numbers and fitment
- Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
- Provide technical support
- Respond to customers in timely manor
- Other duties as assigned
