About The Position
Speedy Delivery LLC is looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service person for our delivery routes in Richland. This individual should be detailed, well-spoken, reliable, and enjoy tracking problems and speaking with customers. They must possess excellent customer service skills, remain calm under pressure when juggling multiple calls, and have a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Previous customer service experience and proficiency with computers and technology are required.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring delivery completions.
- Enforce company policies with delivery teams.
- Communicate daily with customers to get feedback about delivery.
- Address customer service issues, complaints and answer questions.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Monitor surveys and reports to escalate customer complaints and driver training issues as needed.
