About The Position

This role is for a Customer Service Representative in a family-owned business that has been operating since 1956. The company is looking for hard-working individuals to join their team and become part of the family. The position involves a variety of tasks related to customer interaction, showroom maintenance, sales support, and merchandise handling.

Requirements

Neat, professional appearance
Well organized, ability to multi-task, good computer skills
Patience and empathy
Effective communication and problem solving skills
Willingness to learn, take direction, and listen
Must be a people person and have a warm, friendly attitude; excellent customer service
Class E license within 30 days of hire
Must be at least 18 years old
Good driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)
Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise

Nice To Haves

Minimum high school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Process order forms, references, and input customer information into the computer system on new lease agreements.
Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area, and bathrooms.
Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed.
Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
Take proper payments from customers and update information in the computer.
Assist the Sales Manager with marketing efforts and to sell at a high level to ensure that monthly sales goals and growth objectives are achieved; including managing web leads and Facebook account for store.
Delivery, setup, and pickup of merchandise.
Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed.
