We are a growing e-commerce company that specializes in various sports and recreational products. We are looking for reliable and personable individuals, with a passion for horses, to help us build lasting relationships with our Riding Warehouse customers and support them through their purchase journey. Whether you are helping someone via phone, live chat or email, we want you to share a passion for people and ability to problem solve.

Requirements

First-hand experience caring for, riding or training horses.
Experiential knowledge within western, endurance, or English disciplines.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current company policies, procedures, products and services.
Have the ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the workplace.
Communicate clearly and professionally
Listen well to customers and provide service in a friendly, patient and calm manner
Take direction well and learn in a fast-paced environment
Focus, maintain attention to detail and balance multiple duties in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and productively prioritize tasks
Recognize the need to ask for assistance.
