About The Position

Miller's Bio Farm is a family-run, Amish-owned farm that produces and delivers nutrient-dense, farm-direct foods. With a focus on regenerative practices, health, and strong nutrition, we are passionate about providing real food that supports families. As a faith-based business, we approach our work with integrity and purpose. This role is customer-focused, allowing you to build relationships with customers who care deeply about health, food quality, and regenerative farming. You will gain professional experience and hands-on training, especially if you bring strong computer skills and a willingness to learn. You will contribute to a mission-driven farm focused on real food, strong nutrition, and supporting families with high-quality, nutrient-dense products. You will work alongside a close-knit team in a family-oriented, non-corporate setting where people are known and valued. There are also travel opportunities to attend events with the team, with travel expenses covered.

Requirements

  • Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Communicates kindly and clearly with customers across email and phone, maintaining composure during high-volume or complex interactions.
  • Shows up consistently, follows through on responsibilities, and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Asks questions early, seeks clarification, and escalates issues appropriately when needed.
  • Logs interactions carefully and processes refunds, replacements, and credits accurately.
  • Learns new systems quickly and adjusts during busy seasons.
  • Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, navigates websites and internal systems comfortably, and types efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer emails accurately and professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and return voicemails in a friendly manner.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within one business day.
  • Assist customers with order issues, including tracking, replacements, refunds, and store credit.
  • Log and track customer interactions accurately while following established processes.
  • Manage & clear the inbox daily.
  • Escalate new, unclear, or high-impact situations when appropriate.
  • Maintain accuracy while supporting additional tasks to help the team operate smoothly.

Benefits

  • $22-$24/hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 2nd shift schedule (12:00 PM–8:00 PM) with rotating Saturday hours
  • Training schedule: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM for approximately 1 month
