R+L Carriers has immediate openings for a Customer Service Representative for the Partner Relations Department at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. The Customer Service Representative will provide Customer Service to our internal, and external customers. The selected candidate will communicate with our partner carriers daily, and will provide updated tracing information, resolve delivery delays, schedule customer pickups, as well as assisting customers with freight movement across the border, custom clearance inquiries & OSD issues. In addition to performing other related duties that may be assigned by management. The selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication, organization and multi-tasking skills. They will assist customers via telephone/email, completing daily reports using Microsoft Excel/Word. All communication with customers will be updated using internal applications.
