About The Position

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach. This is not a call center job—no cold calls, no scripts. Just real conversations that inspire action and create meaningful change in local communities. We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, increase donor engagement, and drive community impact. Through live events and in-person outreach, we build authentic human connections that power real-world results.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required—paid training provided.
  • Motivated, people-focused individuals passionate about making a difference.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy public interaction and community engagement

  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
