Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative services existing accounts, provides quotes, processes orders and resolves issues in a prompt and courteous manner.

• One to two years' experience in customer service or dealing with the public

• Extended periods of sitting; occasional standing and walking
• Using computer and office equipment
• Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.
