About The Position
On Time Experts is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team in Garland. If you thrive in a busy office environment, love helping customers, and enjoy being the heartbeat of daily operations, this role is for you!
Requirements
- Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in the office in Garland
- Able to pass pre employment drug screen and Background check
Nice To Haves
- Home services industry experience preferred (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar)
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls and schedule service appointments
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival times and service updates
- Support technicians with job details, routing, and scheduling changes
- Maintain accurate notes and records in our dispatching system
- Deliver legendary customer service on every interaction
