Requirements

• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
• Have general knowledge of computer applications.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with use of multi-line phone.
• Data-entry experience.
• Familiarity with Owensboro and surrounding counties.
• An associate degree with one year of experience in a transportation related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day customer service objectives and passenger trip reservations in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Assist in the operations of GRITS, program development, and writing in this field.
