About The Position

Southern Air of Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated Customer Support team. This role involves managing outbound calls, scheduling customer estimates, identifying customer needs, building relationships, providing top-level service, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer complaints.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Experience with MS Office products preferred
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls from customers
• Schedule and manage customer estimates
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
