We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Repairs Team in Abington. As the first point of contact for repair requests, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive timely service and the equipment they rely on every day.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications.
  • A self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, medical equipment, or repair coordination experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and healthcare providers requiring equipment repairs.
  • Receive and coordinate repair requests by phone and in person with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate repairs with technicians and internal departments.
  • Create and maintain accurate repair orders, customer records, and service documentation.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations when applicable.
  • Process payments, purchase orders, and repair-related documentation.
  • Communicate repair status updates and provide exceptional customer support throughout the service process.
  • Partner with technicians, warehouse staff, billing, and customer service teams to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
