As a key link between our petroleum products and the people we serve, you'll ensure a positive, efficient experience every time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the petroleum industry (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support walk-in and phone-in customers with product questions, orders, and pricing
  • Enter and manage orders in our ERP system (e.g., SAP or Oracle) with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to meet customer needs
  • Use Salesforce to track communication and follow up on customer interactions
  • Schedule service calls and provide timely updates to customers
  • Educate customers on our offerings and promote safe product-handling practices
  • Share news about promotions, new products, and company specials
