Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED + 1 year of admin experience, or Associate's degree.
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRMs and internet navigation.
  • A passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact via phone and email.
  • Respond to client questions with clarity, empathy, and urgency.
  • Conduct verification and follow-up calls to support client satisfaction.
  • Process insurance applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Prepare and send client kits and documentation.
  • Track application status and coordinate with insurance carriers.
  • Route qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Support post-sale follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
