ACE Home Services is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives. This role involves taking inbound calls from new and existing customers to create lifelong ACE customers, making outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits, communicating promotions, sales opportunities, and cross-sell options, and entering and updating sensitive customer information accurately. The position offers a flexible, hybrid/remote schedule and is a seasonal role with weekends required. Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday.
