Requirements

  • Comfortable with computers and common office software (Google Workspace)
  • Able to touch type
  • Curious and resourceful, with a strong desire to dive into challenges and find solutions
  • Able to pick up new tools quickly (e.g., Airtable, Front, internal logistics systems)
  • Clear and confident on the phone, with excellent written communication skills
  • Poised under pressure, highly organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, text messages, and emails from customers about their deliveries.
  • Confirm delivery dates and provide real-time updates on delivery crew ETAs.
  • Troubleshoot problems on the spot using our internal systems and tools.
  • Communicate with customers, shippers, and our internal ops team to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Help with general office tasks like welcoming visitors, keeping supplies stocked, and keeping the workspace organized.
