About The Position
We are seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative supporting nonprofit outreach and community engagement campaigns. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in customer service, event marketing, nonprofit advocacy, public relations, fundraising, and community outreach. In this role, you will represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at live events and community campaigns, helping raise awareness, engage supporters, and promote meaningful social impact initiatives. This is a face-to-face customer engagement position that does not involve call centers, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales. Our organization partners with respected nonprofit organizations, charitable foundations, and mission-driven brands to increase public awareness, strengthen donor support, and inspire community involvement. Through event marketing, fundraising campaigns, and grassroots outreach programs, we help organizations expand their reach and create lasting impact in communities nationwide.
Requirements
- No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
- Interact with supporters and community members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
- Communicate campaign goals, charitable missions, and advocacy initiatives clearly and effectively
- Educate the public about nonprofit programs, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising efforts
- Build strong relationships that encourage ongoing donor support and community participation
- Collaborate with team members to execute successful event marketing and outreach campaigns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all events
- Assist with event setup, campaign coordination, and supporter engagement activities
