About The Position

This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for some additional overtime during the peak busy season. Travel is not required. Wage will depend on the qualifications of the candidate. A health benefits package and other potential corporate benefits will be available to the successful candidate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and process-driven.
  • Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a similar role relating to construction products.

Responsibilities

  • Process walk-up and call-in orders.
  • Prepare bills of lading/shipping documents.
  • Process customer invoices.
  • Deal with customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, product information).
  • Assist in inventory management.
  • Learn product knowledge.
  • Coordinate orders and shipments with Yard Personnel.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales and Procurement.
  • Arrange and coordinate material deliveries.
  • Receive incoming inventory and custom order shipments.
