This role involves performing outbound call campaigns, providing callbacks and follow-up calls, updating the RAMS system, responding to client inquiries via call, email, or website, and transferring calls to licensed agents as needed. The position requires adherence to customer service protocols, company policies and procedures, and call center workflows. Maintaining call center metrics and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned are also part of the role.
