About The Position
This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll work directly with clients who have requested information, helping them understand their benefit options and guiding them through the process. We approach sales as a form of customer service—focused on education, trust, and helping people make informed decisions, not pressure. ✔ No cold calling – clients request information ✔ Full training provided – no prior experience required ✔ Clear path into leadership based on performance
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely
- Open to coaching and professional growth

Responsibilities
- Connect with clients via phone and Zoom
- Schedule and conduct benefit overview appointments
- Educate clients on available products and coverage options
- Assist with applications and enrollment
- Build long-term client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and development
