As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. With incoming phone calls, you will act as a detective to determine the issue and find the best solution. Whether you assist in scheduling service, collecting payments, or updating customer files, you will help put our customers' minds at ease. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and customer accounts remain up to date. We work in a team-oriented environment that strives to meet the service center's goals each month.
