About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. With incoming phone calls, you will act as a detective to determine the issue and find the best solution. Whether you assist in scheduling service, collecting payments, or updating customer files, you will help put our customers' minds at ease. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and customer accounts remain up to date. We work in a team-oriented environment that strives to meet the service center's goals each month. Your computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to creating an outstanding customer experience will contribute to your success. Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and any other required pre-employment screenings as a condition of employment.
