We provide fueling, parking, and hangar space to the general aviation community (non-commercial planes). This is a full-time position that could include morning or evening shifts and will include holiday and weekend coverage. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves the front desk, greeting customers, accepting payments, and handling various administrative and service-oriented details. The job includes regular computer work, i.e., processing basic financial transactions, entering reservations for services, and managing multiple number-related information within the aviation software application related to customer bookings and fees. The CSR position requires a cheerful and enthusiastic personality to make all guests feel welcome while ensuring their needs are met with the utmost attentiveness and professionalism. Our customer service department provides concierge-level assistance through excellent communication, anticipating needs, creative thinking, practical responsiveness, and attention to detail.
