About The Position

Native Pest Management is seeking a polite, professional Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves providing outstanding service to customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems. The position requires handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, aiming to create a positive experience for each caller. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, resolving issues, escalating complex problems, scheduling services, responding promptly to communications (calls, texts, voicemails, emails), scheduling sales appointments, assisting management and field staff, collecting payments, and coordinating with technicians. This is an in-person role at their Tallahassee office.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and software
  • Entry-level knowledge/skill proficiency with Google Suite including, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc
  • Ability to work a full time Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
  • Must be able to type at a minimum of 50WPM and 90% accuracy. (A typing test will be conducted)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle many inbound and outbound calls to current and potential customers
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
  • Schedule and plan services and appointments
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer calls, texts, voicemails and emails
  • Answer calls from potential new clients and schedule our sales team to meet with them for free inspections
  • Assist management, technicians and salespeople with day-to-day requests
  • Collect service payments from customers and call/text/email past due accounts
  • Communicate regularly with field technicians to coordinate service schedules and times
