About The Position

Best Buy is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative, also known as an omni-channel specialist. In this role, you will handle customer purchases, returns, and trade-ins. No prior experience is required, as Best Buy provides all necessary training. This position offers an opportunity to grow a career within the retail team. Responsibilities

Create an amazing customer experience at the checkout or the customer service counter
Respond to questions and share your product knowledge
Ensure store signage is accurate and open box items are appropriately marked
Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized
Complete pre-opening and post-closing tasks
