Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently
Provide clear and accurate information regarding plan policies, procedures, and claims
Process transactions, reports, and required documentation with a strong attention to detail
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities
Identify customer needs and ensure timely resolution or escalation when appropriate
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures in daily operations
