About The Position

We are growing our remote team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals interested in building a long-term career in client services. Our organization has served individuals and families across North America for more than 65 years, providing access to supplemental benefit programs and personalized support. As our client base continues to expand, we are adding representatives who can provide knowledgeable, professional assistance to the people we serve. In this role, you'll connect with clients virtually and help them navigate their available benefit programs. You'll serve as a reliable point of contact, making sure clients receive clear information, have their questions answered, and understand the options available to them. Rather than simply providing information, you'll focus on creating a positive client experience and developing relationships built on trust and dependable service.
