About The Position

We are seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives supporting nonprofit outreach campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement events. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in customer service, nonprofit marketing, event marketing, public relations, fundraising, communications, advocacy, and community outreach careers. No prior experience is required. As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at live events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising activities. You will engage directly with supporters and community members, educate the public on important causes, and help increase awareness, engagement, and participation in nonprofit programs. This is a face-to-face customer engagement role conducted at events and community outreach locations. It does not involve call center work, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives

  • Communicate organizational missions and campaign goals clearly and effectively
  • Build strong relationships that encourage donor engagement and community participation
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
