About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as an important link between our clients and the customers who purchase their products. You will help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing responsive support to both internal teams and external partners. At C.A. Requirements

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Comfortable using standard office technology and learning new computer systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with order processing is a plus.
Previous experience or familiarity with the consumer products, food/non-food, retail, or wholesale industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through email, EDI, and phone using our computerized order processing system.
Maintain item, pricing, and promotional allowance information to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Review and adjust orders as needed and assist with invoice reconciliation.
Respond to order-related questions and requests from clients, customers, and internal team members.
Support day-to-day client and customer needs.
Communicate important updates, issues, or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Help provide a positive and responsive experience for our clients and customers.
