About The Position

Ideal candidate is seeking long term employment with room for advancement, is committed to providing world class customer service while complying with policy and procedure, and has an outstanding personality. This is an onsite position located at 402 W. Broadway, Okemah, OK 74859. The full-time schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Previous Banking experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High School Graduate or High School equivalency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
  • Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
  • Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Critical thinking skills- Able to consider all options to assist the customer
  • Excellent work ethic required
  • Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment
  • Able to perform opening and closing duties while maintaining security standards
  • Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

  • Merchant Service, Treasury Products, and Credit Card Accounts
  • Wire Transfers
  • Check orders
  • Stop Payments
  • Research Requests
  • General Account Maintenance
  • Debit Card Issues/Error Resolution
  • Perform other job duties and projects as assigned
