Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
  • Provide support, guidance, and benefit information to clients
  • Assist clients through enrollment and service processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
  • Work independently while collaborating within a supportive remote team environment
