The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, monitoring and processing faxes, coordinating branch transactions, facilitating collection of patient balances, contributing to branch performance goals, maintaining knowledge of company policies and industry practices, developing product and service knowledge, ensuring high service satisfaction, maintaining physical control of company assets, and maintaining professional interactions and appearance. This role also involves performing other duties as assigned by management.
