About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions or concerns. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and providing a positive service experience over the phone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls.
• Provide information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate concerns to the appropriate department when needed.
• Follow up with customers as required.
